The registration desk is located outside the Remarkables conference room on Level One.

The registration and information desk will be open throughout conference.

Please ensure you have registered on arrival and collected your registration pack.

 

 

 

 

Please wear your lanyard to ALL meeting sessions and social functions.  Charity fines may apply if you’re spotted without it.

 

 

 

You should have your e-ticket and itinerary now if you are flying in and out of Queenstown.

Buses will be provided for all transfers to and from functions and activities.

If you're departing on Saturday for a return flight home your airport transfers have been arranged for you.

In-room wi-fi is available at a cost of $15.00, valid for up to 24 hours.
